Enhance The Quality of Life & Independence
RyeLey Health is a domiciliary care provider specialising in providing care services for individuals who require support in managing their daily living needs due to age, disability, illness or other reasons. We provide support with a range of daily activities including personal care, grocery shopping, managing medication, companionship, running errands and being an active member of the community. Our aim is to provide a service that is driven by the needs and aspirations of our service users thereby enhancing their quality of life and level of independence in their own homes.
Domiciliary Care
Our carers can visit your home to provide care and companionship on a schedule that best meets your needs.
Recovering from hospital treatment in your own home can often speed up your recovery as you feel more relaxed in familiar surroundings.
Our hospital to home service enables you to return home after a stay in hospital whatever level of care you require. During your recuperation, we are able to provide a care team that can accommodate any of your requirements.
Live In Care
We can provide a dedicated carer who will stay with you while providing care and companionship within your home.
Live-in Care enables anyone with care needs to continue living in their own home with a round-the-clock care worker. Whether you just need some companionship or you have some specific health issues that mean you require extra support, live-in care provides a realistic and affordable alternative to moving into a care home, including; full time live-in care or 24 hour care.
By living in your home, our care workers can help you to live independently. RyeLey Health provides home care services to disabled undergraduates studying at university, older people, and anyone who prefers to stay independent and living in their own homes for as long as possible.
Supported Living
Our supported living service enables people to live in their own home instead of in residential care or with family. We can support individuals to have their own place, or to share with others. Support is tailored to individual needs and can be during the day, in the evening, over night and/or at weekends. Supported living is for adults with a learning disability or neurological conditions who would like to live independently in their own home.
